Packaging Print Specialist 2、Key Qualifications 1. 7 years working experience in consumer electronics or FMCG packaging & labeling, with project management background; 2. Solid knowledge of pre-press, full printing workflows, inks, adhesives, print decoration and finishing techniques; 3. Able to distinguish minor color deviations and provide on-site adjustment guidance to printers; 4. Meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple parallel projects, tracking milestones and deliverables with strong task prioritization skills; 5. Creative troubleshooting, adaptable and resourceful to handle product specification changes and tight timelines; 6. Based in Shenzhen or Shanghai; frequent domestic business trips, up to 50% international travel required; 7. In-depth expertise in color management & color theory, must pass Munsell test with a score below 5; 8. Hands-on press color approval experience; able to coach suppliers to identify root causes via professional pre-press & printing knowledge; 9. Clear understanding of premium print quality standards with sharp eye for details; 10. Proficient in written & reading English, conversational English for team communication; 11. Trustworthy for confidential information and aligned with company values. 3、Work Scope (1)Category Color Development Support 1. Cooperate with category specialists on color print tests, color matching development and multi-site sample approval; verify manufacturing capacity and provide samples for team sign-off; 2. Jointly develop stable formulas for inks and foils to unify standards across the supply chain for better quality and efficiency. (2)Print Delivery & Quality Control 1. Support category accessories printing and conduct press approvals; participate in domestic & international PRQ press inspections. Unify color standards across multiple suppliers, deliver professional color judgment and sign off on official acceptable color targets; 2. Troubleshoot on-site printing defects, deliver timely feedback & approvals, and clearly explain judgment logics to internal teams and vendors; 3. Track print deliverables against timelines and flag risks that may disrupt internal and external workflows; 4. Manage approved color chips and color data for each vendor, validate and replenish samples before expiry; 5. Conduct spot color qualification for secondary & tertiary suppliers upon request after the primary site is approved by the producer team; 6. Collaborate with SQE to provide approved color ranges and targets as needed. (3)Supplier Capability Supervision & Improvement 1. Participate in long-term supplier maintenance programs covering pre-press, ink mixing, printing and finishing; monitor the implementation of supplier corrective actions; 2. Conduct standardized tests within the supply chain (e.g. Press Characterization) and generate corresponding reports in accordance with packaging SQE guidelines; 3.
