Our team thrives on curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail. We believe great creative is only successful when the final execution is just as strong as the original idea.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Production Designer to bring creative concepts to life through accurate, thoughtful, and production-ready packaging artwork. This role sits at the intersection of design, adaptation, and production, working closely with our creative team to translate approved concepts across SKUs, sizes, structures, and formats while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
The role is responsible for preparing artwork for physical production, including working with packaging dielines, printer specifications, brand standards, and production requirements. You will build organized artwork and production templates, review technical details such as color, imagery, copy, dimensions, and bleeds, and identify potential production challenges before final execution.
Success in this role requires a strong design eye, excellent technical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate enjoys solving creative and technical challenges, understands how design systems translate into physical products, and takes pride in delivering organized, accurate, production-ready work.

- Identify potential production challenges early and collaborate with internal teams and external production partners to resolve them.
- Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Incorporate feedback and direction while maintaining the integrity of the established creative system.
- Prepare final artwork and release files for production and printing.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of professional experience in packaging artwork, production design, graphic production, or design adaptation for physical printed products.
- A portfolio demonstrating packaging artwork, production design, mechanicals, prepress, or comparable physical print work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, including vector artwork, image preparation, layers, linked assets, and production file organization.
- Experience adapting creative across multiple SKUs, formats, sizes, or product lines.
- Strong understanding of how to maintain consistency within an established creative system.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong visual/design sensibility.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, collaborate across disciplines, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Working knowledge of packaging regulations and requirements, including regulated copy, claims, symbols, nutrition information, and other packaging elements.
Nice to Have
