We are looking for Paid Media Executive

Reports To: Head of Growth

Contract Type: 6 month FTC

Location: Remote

About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a significant increase in Cazoo's brand marketing investment.

With an exciting programme of brand campaigns launching across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, you'll play a key role in making sure campaigns are built, launched and optimised effectively.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, monitor substantial advertising budgets, optimise performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand and Analytics teams to help turn brand awareness into measurable growth. If you enjoy getting stuck into campaigns, working with large budgets and using data to drive improvements, we'd love to hear from you.

What we ideally looking for;

• Hands-on paid social experience: Around 3+ years of experience building, launching and optimising paid social campaigns, either in-house or agency-side.

• Meta and TikTok expertise: Strong practical experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager. Experience across both is ideal, but expertise in one is particularly valuable.

• Large-budget experience: Comfortable working with substantial monthly advertising budgets, monitoring spend, managing campaign pacing and recommending optimisations across multiple live campaigns.

• Brand and performance marketing: Experience delivering brand awareness, reach or video campaigns, alongside an understanding of performance-focused activity.

• Analytical mindset: Confident interpreting campaign metrics such as CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, CTR and CPA, and translating results into practical improvements.

• Campaign optimisation: Able to identify underperforming campaigns and make informed recommendations around targeting, placements, creative and budget adjustments.

• Creative testing: Experience with A/B testing and collaborating with creative teams or agencies to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Strong organisational skills: Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, budgets and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

• Collaborative approach: A clear communicator who works effectively with Marketing, Creative, Analytics and external partners.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience running YouTube campaigns through Google Ads or DV360.

• Experience with influencer boosting, Meta partnership ads or TikTok Spark Ads.

• Exposure to brand lift studies, incrementality testing or advanced campaign measurement.

• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.

• Experience working with consumer brands, retail businesses or online marketplaces.
