Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution

- Assist in the development of full-funnel media plans designed to maximise awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate campaign delivery, optimisation and budget allocation across partner campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered against agreed audience and performance objectives.

- Deliver audience targeting strategies that support fan engagement across competitions, digital experiences and partner campaigns.
Programmatic & Audience Targeting
- Support the delivery of programmatic media opportunities across McLaren Racing’s owned and operated channels.
- Utilise first-party audience data to improve campaign performance and partner targeting capabilities.
- Build audience segmentation strategies using fan behaviours, interests and engagement signals.
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience approaches to maximise marketing efficiency.
Measurement & Optimisation
- Support the creation of campaign KPIs and performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign delivery against impression, engagement and audience objectives.
- Build reporting dashboards and campaign summaries that demonstrate partner ROI.
- Work closely with Data & Insights teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that improve future campaign performance.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in media planning and hands-on campaign execution, ideally within a media agency or in-house digital team.
- Practical experience across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube and paid search platforms.
- A proven ability to deliver full-funnel media plans and measurable campaign outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A confident, adaptable mindset and a passion for bringing best-practice digital thinking into a high-performance team.
Experience working with global brands or within the sports industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
