HigherVisibility, a nationally recognized and award-winning digital marketing agency headquartered in Memphis, TN, is looking for a talented Paid Media Implementation Specialist to join our remote-first team.
At HigherVisibility, we believe our people are the heart of our success. We've built a people-first culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, professional growth, and a genuine commitment to doing great work. We take our clients' success seriously, but we also believe in supporting one another, celebrating accomplishments, and enjoying the journey along the way.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and brings a positive, proactive approach to supporting successful digital advertising campaigns.
About the Role
As a Paid Media Implementation Specialist, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and quality assurance of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
You'll support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of paid media campaigns for assigned client accounts, helping ensure campaigns are launched accurately, maintained efficiently, and aligned with established requirements and processes.
You'll work closely with our Paid Media team to implement approved campaign strategies, monitor account activity, troubleshoot routine issues, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple accounts.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that's ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns running smoothly, values accuracy and consistency, and thrives in a structured yet collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and update Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns using approved templates, creative assets, targeting parameters, budgets, and promotional schedules.
- Perform routine campaign maintenance, including approved geographic and budget adjustments, creative updates, URL corrections, and campaign pauses or restarts.
- Conduct thorough pre-launch quality assurance checks to ensure client information, campaign settings, tracking links, and lead forms meet approved requirements.
- Monitor lead delivery through established tracking and integration workflows, document findings, and escalate issues requiring additional technical or specialist support.
- Monitor assigned account alerts and recently launched campaigns, troubleshooting and resolving straightforward delivery issues, including payment method updates and advertiser verification requirements, following documented procedures.
- Support account readiness by reviewing access permissions, verification status, and billing-related issues, coordinating next steps with appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, project trackers, campaign documentation, and implementation notes.
- Contribute to improving repeatable processes, checklists, and workflows that help our team work efficiently and consistently.
Job Requirements & Desired Skills
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in paid media execution, digital marketing operations, or a comparable campaign implementation role.
- Hands-on experience building, launching, or maintaining campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of campaign settings, geographic targeting, budgets, lead forms, and basic conversion tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills and dependable follow-through.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when determining whether to troubleshoot independently or escalate an issue.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, project-management platforms, and other marketing technology tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, follow established processes, and adapt to evolving client and campaign needs.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine willingness to collaborate, contribute, and support shared goals.
Above all, we're looking for someone who combines hands-on paid media experience with exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a genuine desire to contribute to a successful, supportive team.
