As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Paid Media Manager Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover - 2 years) Role Summary: As a Paid Media Manager , you will drive the growth and effectiveness of the company's digital media ecosystem by combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in maximizing campaign performance, advancing marketing capabilities and supporting business objectives through innovative digital media solutions. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, optimize and report on digital media campaigns across programmatic, direct online media and paid social platforms. Manage campaign performance, budgets and KPIs, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to maximize business results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advertising platforms and web/app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer). Coordinate campaign implementation, including tracking, tagging, pixel deployment, QA and data validation, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Leverage first-party and third-party data to optimize audience targeting and campaign effectiveness. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage relationships with publishers and technology partners and ensure successful campaign execution. Prepare reports, training materials, internal documentation and best practice guidelines for digital media platforms. Conduct A/B testing, identify optimization opportunities and proactively recommend new strategies, innovations and industry best practices. Stay up to date with emerging digital media trends and contribute to the continuous development of data-driven marketing capabilities. Zahtevi Qualifications: Minimum secondary education (4-year program, NQF Level 4) in Economics, Law, Business Administration or a related field. At least 4 years of experience managing both Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns in the same or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation and media strategies. Good knowledge of digital media buying models, including CPM, CPA, CPL and CPV. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign management. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web and marketing analytics tools. Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
