The Role

We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to run performance campaigns end-to-end across our client portfolio. But let's be clear about what we're really hiring for: a strategic thinker. Someone who looks at a client's business problem and designs the media response. Execution matters; thinking matters more. The best thinkers paired with the best tech produce the best outcomes - and we have a lot of fun getting there.

If you're genuinely tech-native - already playing with LLMs on the side, wiring up automations, thinking hard about how AI reshapes your craft - this will be your happy place.

Here's what you'll own:

• Strategy & execution across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and others. Take a client's commercial goal, design the media architecture that gets there, and run the full lifecycle - setup, optimisation, testing, iteration, reporting. Refine bidding, targeting, creative and website experience on what the data actually says, and find new growth levers through structured testing.

• Budget management. Pace client budgets to the rand - no over- or underspend. Forecast, flag and fix pacing issues before they escalate. Maximise efficiency every campaign, every month.

• Content strategy. Brief the creative team with clear, timely requirements aligned to client, brand and best practice. Match briefs to production schedules, share specs and trends, collaborate on insight-driven assets, and QA everything with actionable feedback.

• Client communication. Contribute to conversations around performance and strategy, and turn complexity into plain-English recommendations.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years hands-on with campaign setup, delivery, testing and reporting across Display, Paid Search and Paid Social for a range of clients. Less than 2 years? We're still happy to hear from you. We know that some are wise beyond their years.
• Experience with clients who have a real performance requirement - leads or sales through digital.
• A proven track record of using data and trends to optimise
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes your work.
• You can hold down a conversation with clients.
