Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 USD/month (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, build, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $10k-25K+/month.
• Manage and optimize Ad Accounts Daily for full-funnel performance.
• Collaborate with creatives and account managers to turn strategy into winning campaigns.
• Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable optimization plans.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, automation, and creative testing.
• Provide initial copy for ad campaigns and take initiative on creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Google and Meta Ads experience, ideally in eCommerce and/or SaaS.
• Proven success with campaign optimization, scaling, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills with deep comfort in performance data and reporting.
• Great communication, able to explain results clearly and confidently.
• Self-starter with strong accountability, ownership, and reliability.
