The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to join a fast-scaling mission-backed DTC wellness brand in the consumer health space — running day-to-day execution on Meta as the brand’s primary performance channel, managing significant and growing monthly budgets, and building the testing cadence and reporting infrastructure the team will scale on. You’ll build, launch, and QA campaigns, pace budgets against targets, iterate relentlessly on what the data says, and partner closely with the creative team to inform the next round of assets; as the channel mix grows to include TikTok, Google, and YouTube, there’s clear room to expand your scope. This is a hard performance role for a self-starter who lives in CTR, hook rates, CAC, and ROAS — and acts on what they see without waiting to be told.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Campaign Execution & QA: Build, launch, and QA paid social campaigns in Meta — with room to grow into TikTok, Google, and YouTube as the channel mix expands — managing and pacing budgets against performance targets.
- Testing & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and targeting; watch performance daily, move spend, cut waste, and scale winners without being asked.
- Metrics-Driven Iteration: Live in CTR, hook rate, CAC, and ROAS every day — doubling down on what’s working, killing what isn’t, and partnering closely with the designer to brief the next round of creative based on what the data shows.
- Content Ops: Identify strong organic and existing content worth running as paid; source, queue, and track creative for launch to keep the pipeline moving.
- Performance Reporting: Write weekly performance readouts with clear recommendations for the team’s performance meetings, documenting test learnings and next steps.
- Channel Expansion: Help stand up new channels and accounts as the media mix grows, including TikTok Shop and Google.
What You Bring
- Paid Social Experience: 3–5+ years buying paid social with deep Meta Business Manager expertise and a track record managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range or actively scaling toward it.
- Performance Obsession: A genuine results-first mindset — you judge yourself by the numbers, act on what you see, and chase what works without needing direction.
- Analytical Strength: Strong ability to find the performance problem, isolate what matters most, and fix it fast — with genuine fluency in CTR, hook rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- T-Shaped Channel Knowledge: Deep expertise in Meta paired with meaningful exposure to TikTok, Google, or YouTube.
- Self-Starter with Structure: Proven ability to bring process and testing cadence to a team still being built — clear communicator who documents updates, next steps, and test learnings without being asked.
- Tools: Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Gmail, Slack, and Shopify; GrowthAssistant AI Certification required or to be completed upon onboarding.
Bonus Points if:
- You have hands-on TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop experience.
- You have experience with creative-ops and ad tools such as Foreplay, Motion, or Atria.
- You have copywriting experience for branded and influencer ad copy.
- You have experience supporting influencer and creator programs.
- You have a background in DTC, wellness, supplements, or other consumer brand environments.
