So you’re interested in becoming a Paid Search Specialist? Let's dive into what that means: As a Paid Search Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients! In this role you will: Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant Paid Search campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes. Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices. Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices. Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice. Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills. We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 12 to 24 months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Paid Search channels, in particular Google Ads. Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management. Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together. Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills. Has advancing data analysis and storytelling skills. Is someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
