We are currently looking for a Paid Social Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Paid Media Lead, your focus will be on developing and optimising paid social strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will combine your commercial and analytical expertise with your ability to make fast, data-driven decisions and collaborate across Marketing and eCommerce teams. What you will do Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies across brand and conversion campaigns, with a core focus on Meta and additional activity across YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat. Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms and territories, making rapid, data-driven decisions to maximise performance and ROI. Work with the department lead to allocate and manage budgets effectively across social platforms and campaigns, ensuring investment supports commercial priorities. Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to develop integrated plans and engaging, platform-specific content for key sales periods and opportunities. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and platform developments, and prepare and present performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations. What you should bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in paid social media advertising, ideally within a fast-paced ecommerce, consumer or agency environment. Strong proficiency across social advertising platforms, particularly Meta Business Manager, with experience in YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and/or other relevant platforms. Strong analytical skills, including experience with GA and social platform analytics, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. Proven track record of delivering revenue and margin growth within a commercial environment, ideally with experience managing significant paid media budgets. Strong communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
