About You We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Paid Social Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. You have proven experience planning, building, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. You enjoy turning campaign objectives into measurable outcomes through thoughtful audience targeting, creative testing and continuous optimisation. You are confident in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and using campaign data to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance. While your strength lies in campaign execution, you are equally comfortable discussing results, recommendations and next steps with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience working with B2B, technology or corporate clients is highly regarded. You are curious about emerging digital trends and AI tools, and you enjoy applying new ideas that improve campaign performance and delivery. What You’ll Do As a Paid Social Specialist, you will own the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of B2B and technology client accounts. You support the planning, building and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. You develop audience targeting strategies, campaign structures and budget recommendations aligned to campaign objectives. You build and manage campaigns within platform environments, including audience setup, creative trafficking, bid management and optimisation. You monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimisation opportunities to improve results. You partner with account teams to translate client objectives into effective paid social strategies. You present campaign performance, optimisation recommendations and insights to clients. You analyse campaign performance data and develop reports that translate results into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You support the development of campaign assets, ad copy variations, audience segmentation documentation and campaign briefs. You stay up-to-date with platform developments, emerging paid media trends and competitor activity. You contribute to pitch materials, proposals and new business opportunities through campaign recommendations, media planning and proposal development. You collaborate with integrated teams across strategy, content, creative and communications to deliver high performing campaigns. What You Offer 3–5 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment. Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience managing campaigns with Meta Ads Manager Demonstrated experience planning, building, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, bidding strategies and performance measurement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable recommendations. Experience presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients. Experience working with B2B, technology or corporate clients is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency, research and content development.
