We focus on high-end aesthetics, brand storytelling, and social media engagement to help our clients grow their digital presence. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with content creation, social media management, and lead generation. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who has experience working with luxury brands and can effectively manage social media engagement, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and have a deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn to boost engagement and visibility. Create visually appealing and brand-aligned social media content, including graphics, captions, and reels. Manage social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Conduct lead generation activities following a structured process, including prospect research and outreach. Monitor social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement. Collaborate with the agency team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and lead generation. Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end aesthetics. Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for engagement and growth. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team. Availability to work 30 hours per week with some overlap in Australian time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with agencies or high-end brands. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and CRM software. Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
