The heart of the role

PHOENIX BUSINESS SERVICES offers a 6-month internship in the HR Team, where you can gain work experience in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience that could lead to growth opportunities for the company!

If you're interested in everything HR, you’d be happy to support day-to-day HR operations, play a role in the organization's employee cycle, and:

• Assist in the recruitment process with screening and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Participate in the coordination of the new hire orientation & onboarding.
• Create communication posts for internal and external communication.
  
• Support office and HR administration.
  
• Take part in different team meetings, events, etc.

What makes you beat

• Enrolled student in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or related subjects.
  
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Strive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong English language skills (both verbal & written).
