People Operations & Total Rewards Manager
PVcaseWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on People Operations & Total Rewards Manager to lead our global People Ops function and own the PVcase Total Rewards strategy. You will be responsible for building a scalable, data-driven "engine" that supports our employees across multiple countries.
This is a dual-impact role: you will lead a team of two to ensure seamless employee lifecycle operations while personally architecting our global compensation, benefits, and equity frameworks to attract and retain top-tier talent in the solar tech revolution.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two People Operations professionals, ensuring high-quality support for the entire organization.
Oversee and support the end-to-end People operations function, from seamless onboarding and contract management to onboarding.
Audit and automate People Operation processes to improve efficiency and scalability as we grow.
Ensure all employment practices, contracts, and policies are compliant with local labor laws in our key jurisdictions (Lithuania, Spain, Netherlands, US, UK & Germany).
Own the HRIS integrity and provide leadership with data-driven insights and "People Analytics" to inform business decisions.
Design and maintain our international job family architecture, salary ranges, and leveling system across all regions (EU, UK, US).
Lead the annual salary review, merit increase process, and bonus allocations, ensuring fairness and alignment with our high-performance culture.
Evaluate and optimize our global benefits (e.g., flex-benefits, health insurance) and manage relationships with external vendors/brokers.
Act as a key partner to Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to ensure compensation plans align with budgetary constraints and business goals.
Develop clear communication strategies to help employees understand the "Total Value" of working at PVcase.
5+ years in HR/People Operations with a heavy focus on Total Rewards/Compensation.
Proven experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Experience with the US market is a significant plus.
Experience managing or mentoring a team.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
Strong understanding of international payroll, benefits administration, and multi-country labor law compliance.
Exceptional English skills; ability to explain complex compensation/equity topics to non-experts.
