Palantir L3 Engineer

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a Palantir L3 Engineer to support a strategic enterprise platform environment, providing advanced engineering expertise across production Palantir platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting production pipelines, analysing source code, and maintaining the stability and evolution of business-critical Palantir environments. This is not an operational support role. It is an engineering position requiring hands-on commercial experience with Palantir Foundry or Foundation, combined with a strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or data engineering. Responsibilities • Provide L3 engineering support for Palantir Foundry / Foundation environments • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues beyond L2 scope • Perform source code analysis and software defect correction • Support production pipelines, platform workflows and release activities • Investigate issues across data pipelines, integrations, applications and platform services • Support architecture and platform engineering activities • Implement application enhancements and technical improvements • Support emergency fixes, release validation and production stability • Work closely with client L2 support, development teams and platform stakeholders • Contribute to platform governance, change control and engineering standards • Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and documentation activities Requirements • Commercial hands on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Foundation • Strong software engineering, DevOps, data engineering or platform engineering background • Experience working with production Palantir environments • Experience with source code analysis and defect correction • Experience building, maintaining or supporting Palantir applications, workflows or pipelines • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Ability to investigate complex production issues • Experience with release support, emergency fixes or production enhancements • Ability to work in an L3 support or engineering support model • Strong communication skills • Fluent English Nice to have • Experience with Palantir ontology, pipelines, applications or Foundry governance • Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL or data modelling • Experience with Palantir AIP, AI workflows, RAG or decision support applications • Experience with platform governance, environment promotion, release approvals or change management • DevOps experience within Palantir or similar enterprise data platforms • Experience with stakeholder facing technical work • Consulting or large enterprise experience Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
