Support attorneys during contract negotiations by preparing summaries, tracking redlines, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain an organized contract management system, including filing, indexing, and tracking key dates such as renewals and expirations. Conduct legal research on contract terms, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to inform drafting and risk assessment. Coordinate across departments to gather information and approvals needed for contract execution and amendments. Prepare reports and maintain records on contract status, obligations, and compliance issues for management review. Support the legal team on ad hoc projects related to contract administration and compliance. Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys, business partners, and vendors to resolve issues and negotiate terms.
