  • Review, draft, and propose edits to commercial agreements, including confidentiality, master purchase and service, supply, lease, maintenance, service-level, distribution, and letter-of-intent agreements, within established guidelines and escalation protocols.
  • Coordinate the contract lifecycle from intake through review, negotiation, approval, signature, filing, renewal, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, Research and Development, and other stakeholders to gather information, track open items, and move agreements forward efficiently.
  • Maintain contract records, trackers, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation, and prepare reports on contract status, key terms, obligations, renewals, and legal support activity.
  • Help design, document, and implement contract review, negotiation, and approval procedures, including standard forms, clause libraries, checklists, and self-service legal resources.

  • Assist with corporate records, due diligence, integration activities, claims, internal reviews, legal workflow improvements, and other special projects while handling confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, contract administrator, or legal professional, including meaningful exposure to commercial transactions.
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Experience conducting legal research and managing documents, deadlines, and projects.
