As a Paralegal, you’ll provide essential legal and administrative support across litigation, claims management, regulatory compliance, and records management. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, insurance carriers, and other partners while managing legal documentation, supporting discovery, tracking active matters, and assisting with reporting. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage confidential information and competing priorities.

Education: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies required, Bachelors degree preferred
Skills: Strong understanding of litigation procedures, records management, subpoenas, and legal document handling; Knowledge of legal hold processes and e-discovery practices; Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft O365, document management systems, and legal matter tracking tools; Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of paralegal, litigation support, claims management, or related legal experience; Healthcare, senior living, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
Certification: Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
