Exciting Opportunity: We are Hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal at True Rx Health Strategists!

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support our General Counsel and play a key role in managing contracts, compliance initiatives, legal operations, and corporate governance activities.

What You'll Do:
Contract Review & Administration
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements, including NDAs, BAAs, PSAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and contract amendments.
- Conduct preliminary contract reviews and identify non-standard terms requiring legal review.
- Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and legal document libraries.
- Coordinate contract execution and ensure documents are accurately maintained and retained.
- Track contract renewals, expirations, notice requirements, and key milestones.
- Support business partners with contract intake, routing, and status updates.
- Maintain contract lifecycle management and document management systems.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Support compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and regulatory examinations.
- Track regulatory requirements, licensing activities, reporting obligations, and compliance deadlines.
- Assist with policy implementation and monitoring activities.
- Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate compliance-related projects.
- Research and summarize legislative and regulatory developments for leadership review.
Legal Operations & Project Coordination
- Maintain legal department project trackers, work plans, and action item logs.
- Monitor legal requests and help drive timely completion of key initiatives.
- Create reports and dashboards related to contract activity, compliance initiatives, and legal operations.
- Coordinate communication across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Client Services, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility across legal processes.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and document workflows for the General Counsel.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Organize and maintain highly confidential legal and compliance records.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries as requested.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
What You Bring:
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate legal departments, law firms, healthcare organizations, insurance organizations, PBMs, or other regulated industries.
- Extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts.
- Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.
- Experience maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management and document management systems preferred.
