Apply Description Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado's oldest and most reputable trial firms, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support different practice areas in our Downtown Denver office. Candidates should have excellent MS Office skills, well-developed communication abilities, effectively managing multiple projects, and strong attention to detail. This position can offer a hybrid working schedule (3 days/office and 2 days/home) after successfully completing the training period. Requirements Civil litigation with a defense firm, preferred; Colorado civil litigation experience, required; Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records; Prepare medical record summaries; Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence; Experience billing time; Well-developed writing and research skills; Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook; Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy; Anticipating attorney’s needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions; Ability to work with limited supervision, independently or with a team; Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of people; Ability to exercise a high degree of tact, discretion, and sound judgment; Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload to meet time-critical deadlines; Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mature, professional, and personable presentation and demeanor; High level of integrity and personal accountability; Flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines; Excellent attendance and reliability; ABA Paralegal Certificate, preferred; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, preferred, and; Ability to lift 25 lbs. when necessary. The hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $93,400 annually. This position will be posted until August 28, 2026. Are we the right fit for you?
