We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our exceptional team based in Lewes . What you will be doing: As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications What you will need: We seek a motivated individual with a strong background in private client matters. Ideally, you will have: A solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration The ability to manage a varied workload efficiently Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail How we work?
