What you will be doing: Handling your own diverse and rewarding caseload Advising clients on wills, probate, powers of attorney, and more Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted adviser Supporting business development and marketing initiatives to attract new clients Contributing to the evolution and success of our dynamic team What you will need: 2–4 years’ PQE managing your own Private Client matters Experience handling a variety of matters with professionalism and empathy The ability to manage your workload and know when to delegate Commercial awareness and a genuine understanding of what matters most to your clients Ambition, vision, and the desire to contribute to our team’s success A collaborative mindset and the drive to support both clients and colleagues Key Attributes: High level of initiative and a proactive approach Organisational excellence with strong prioritising skills Able to communicate with compassion and clarity A desire to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team How we work?
