Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Conduct legal research using databases and resources to support case preparation.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Assist with client communications, including drafting responses and scheduling consultations.

• Verify deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure timely filing and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience preparing legal documents and maintaining case files in compliance with procedural standards.
