Show job description

We’re looking for a Part-Time B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to join ēsho in Dubai.

This is a flexible, primarily remote role for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and genuinely enjoys sales.

ēsho is a UAE homegrown brand working with premium tea, home fragrance and curated tea experiences for private and corporate clients.

We already have the products, the positioning and the sales directions.

What we need now is someone who can consistently find opportunities and turn conversations into closed deals.

What you’ll be selling:

You’ll work across several B2B directions:

• tea supply for cafés, restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses

• tea ceremonies and curated tea experiences for corporate clients, events, hotels and private gatherings

• corporate gifting and customized tea-based formats

• candles and home fragrance for hotels, spas, wellness spaces, boutiques and selected retail partners

What the role includes:

A large part of the role is proactive business development.

You’ll identify relevant companies and decision-makers, work with existing prospect lists, build new ones where needed, and contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone and direct outreach.

You’ll be expected to:

• research and approach relevant B2B prospects

• contact hotels, cafés, restaurants, specialty coffee shops, wellness spaces, spas, event agencies and corporate teams

• find the right decision-makers in procurement, F&B, marketing, events, HR or operations

• introduce ēsho products and experiences in a way that makes sense for each business

• follow up consistently and keep conversations moving

• arrange calls, meetings, tastings and sample drop-offs

• visit potential clients when needed

• deliver samples and present products in person

• discuss commercial terms and negotiate within an agreed framework

• prepare quotations and coordinate invoices

• follow up on payments

• keep track of leads, conversations, next steps and opportunities

• take ownership of the sales process from first contact through to a closed and paid deal

Sales-related operations:

This role also includes practical operational support connected directly to sales.

Depending on the week, this may include:

• delivering products or samples to clients

• checking stock with retail partners

• supporting inventory preparation for markets or B2B orders

• collecting printed materials or packaging from suppliers

• coordinating with contractors and vendors

• helping ensure that orders, materials and products are where they need to be

This is not an office-based role.

You’ll mostly work from home, manage your own schedule and travel across Dubai for meetings, client visits, sample drop-offs or operational tasks when required.

How we work:

The role is flexible and part-time.

We are not looking for someone to sit online for fixed office hours. We care more about responsiveness, follow-up discipline and outcomes.

You should be able to manage your own schedule, respond to clients within a reasonable business timeframe and act when an opportunity appears without needing constant supervision.

Some weeks may be more focused on outreach and prospecting. Others may involve meetings, operational tasks or closing active deals.

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• genuinely enjoy sales and business development

• are comfortable with cold outreach

• can start conversations with new people easily

• are persistent with follow-ups without being pushy

• can build trust quickly

• are comfortable speaking with café owners, hotel teams, procurement managers, event planners, marketers and business owners

• can work independently and organize your own priorities

• are commercially aware and understand that the goal is to close business

• communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken

• are comfortable representing a premium lifestyle brand in person

• are curious enough to learn our products properly and explain them well

Previous experience in B2B sales, hospitality, F&B, events, retail, wellness or lifestyle brands would be highly relevant. Knowledge of tea is useful, but sales ability and curiosity matter more.

Important practical requirements:

Because this role involves client visits, meetings, samples and occasional deliveries across Dubai, you should ideally have:

• a valid UAE driving licence

• regular access to a car

• your own valid UAE visa

• the legal ability to work in the UAE under an appropriate freelance, part-time or other permitted arrangement

At this stage, ēsho is not able to provide visa sponsorship.

To apply:

Please send us a short CV that includes:

• your previous sales or business development experience

• industries or brands you have worked with

• any experience with hospitality, F&B, hotels, wellness, retail, events or corporate clients

• whether you have a UAE driving licence and access to a car

• your current UAE visa status

• your expected compensation for a flexible part-time role
