Part-Time Director

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Director will have previous managerial/directorship experience and will be coming with sufficient regulatory knowledge or environment. The scope of the role is to provide strategic oversight and governance for the brokerage company. The role includes ensuring compliance with the Seychelles Financial regulations, supporting the Board guide the management team on operational and strategic decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the brokerage business
• Ensure the company complies with Seychelles financial and regulatory requirements
• Participate in board meetings and key management decisions
• Oversee company performance, risk management, and corporate governance
• Support the development of business strategies and partnerships
• Review financial reports and operational performance
• Advise management on regulatory and market developments

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Experience in the Financial Services/ Brokerage/ Banking or Investment sector is a must
• University Degree in Business/ Finance/ Law or a relevant degree
• Previous experience as a Director/ Senior Manager/ Advisor or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of corporate governance and financial regulations
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:

• Working Hours: Part-time engagement (approximately 5–10 hours per week or as required for board meetings and strategic decisions)
