We're Hiring: Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Specialist (TikTok) – Remote We're a fast-growing private label eCommerce brand selling to customers across the US, and we're expanding our existing marketing team. We're looking for an Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience building and scaling TikTok affiliate programs for US-based private label brands . If you've helped brands grow through creator partnerships, understand the TikTok Shop ecosystem, and know how to turn influencer collaborations into measurable sales, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Build, manage, and grow our TikTok affiliate and influencer program. Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators aligned with our brand. Develop long-term relationships with affiliates and influencers to drive consistent sales. Plan and execute outreach campaigns to expand our creator network. Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for ROI. Coordinate product seeding, creator communication, and campaign execution. Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator strategies, and marketplace best practices. Work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to scale brand awareness and revenue. What We're Looking For 2+ years of proven experience managing Affiliate/Influencer Marketing for a US-focused TikTok private label brand . Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem and creator marketing. Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and growing influencer partnerships that drive revenue. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns based on data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a remote environment. Experience with affiliate tracking, reporting, and campaign management tools is a plus.
