Job description Part-Time Faculty / Teacher Trainer – Webinar Speaker (Project-Based) Platform: Knotral Trainings Engagement Type: Part-time | Project-based Remuneration: ₹10,000 per webinar (60-minute live session) Mode: REMOTE Roles Available English Teacher / English Language Trainer Mathematics Teacher Early Years Teacher (Pre-Primary & Primary) Teacher Trainer / Academic Consultant Role Overview Knotral Trainings is building a pool of experienced educators and teacher trainers who can lead live, high-quality professional development webinars for Indian educators and school leaders. Selected speakers will demonstrate international education solutions and classroom-ready practices , delivering engaging, practical sessions that support teaching effectiveness and adoption of global learning tools. This is a project-based role , ideal for senior teachers, trainers, and academic leaders looking to contribute their expertise through short, impactful engagements. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a 60-minute live webinar aligned to the assigned subject area or pedagogy. Understand and demonstrate international education products, platforms, or teaching solutions in a clear and practical manner. Create a well-structured presentation (PPT) aligned with the session objectives and audience profile. Present confidently with clear, professional English communication suitable for a national audience. Explain classroom application, pedagogy, and learning outcomes effectively. Engage participants through examples, activities, or discussion where appropriate. Coordinate with the Knotral academic and marketing teams for: Session outline approval Content alignment Rehearsals (if required) Participate in brief Q&A during or after the session. Adhere to timelines and quality standards set by Knotral Trainings. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of teaching or teacher-training experience in the relevant subject area. Strong command of spoken and written English . Confident, authoritative, and professional presentation style. Ability to quickly understand and explain international or global education solutions . Experience in creating presentation decks (PPT) for training or professional development. Comfortable delivering live online sessions using webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Preferred (Good to Have) Experience as a trainer, academic coordinator, mentor, or consultant . Prior experience conducting webinars, workshops, or teacher training programs . Familiarity with international curricula, EdTech tools, or global teaching methodologies . Experience working with schools, publishers, or education solution providers.
