Part Time Fulfillment Coordinator | Sora Rewards KK (Japan)

Sora Rewards powers closed reward platforms for multinational companies, delivering products and gift cards to members across Japan, Korea and China. Our Client & Merchant Services Team makes sure every reward reaches the right person, on time.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join us part time and keep our Japan shipments moving smoothly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with our warehouse on shipment arrangements and delivery issues
• Confirm and update estimated shipping dates
• Track shipments and monitor status after dispatch
• Resolve incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses
• Update tracking numbers and other shipping information in our systems

What we're looking for

• Native level Japanese and professional English speaker
• Solid experience with Google Workspace and Excel (required)
• Background in retail, ecommerce or B2B e-commerce is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Lovable is a plus
• Organized, proactive and good at following up until things are solved

The details

• Hours: 10 to 18 hours per week, weekday mornings (approx. 9:00 to 13:00 JST), flexible within that window
• Location: 100% remote, anywhere in Japan
• Pay: ¥1,600 to ¥1,800 per hour, depending on experience
• Start: October 2026
