Key Responsibilities Graphic design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Design logos, banners, and promotional assets that reflect the brand's identity. Ensure consistency in all visual designs, adhering to brand guidelines. Video production: Produce and edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, and website use. Add animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video storytelling. Repurpose existing video content into shorter clips tailored for various platforms. Maintain expertise in video formats, codecs, and exporting best practices. Requirements Proven experience in graphic design and video editing and creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and best practices for exporting high-quality videos. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Fluent English speaker or C1-level proficiency. Commitment and location: This part-time role requires a minimum availability of 30 hours per week . We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with the team. Candidates must be located within the G MT+2 to GMT-5 time zones to ensure effective communication and workflow.
