Part-Time HR Generalist Consultant

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist Consultant to support the delivery of HR operations and provide expertise across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and end-to-end human resources management. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and continuous improvement while working collaboratively with the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and provide HRIS administration support, including BambooHR. Assist with attendance monitoring, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations, and government reporting obligations. Provide support on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training initiatives, wellness programmes, and recognition efforts. Prepare HR reports, monitor HR metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Review, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role . Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Code, DOLE regulations, payroll processes, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance. Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is preferred. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
