Part-Time Learning Commons Mathematics and Statistics Tutor

Franklin University is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated mathematics and statistics tutor to join the Learning Commons team. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, support students effectively, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the subjects they tutor.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics or a related field and have prior teaching or tutoring experience. Strong communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in pre-algebra, fundamental algebra, college algebra, applied calculus, and statistics are required.

Candidates must be able to provide live, online tutoring in a synchronous environment and create an engaging, supportive learning experience for students.

Hours: Hours vary based on tutoring demand. Evening and weekend availability is required.
