Job Summary:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Membership Sales Representative to help us grow. Whether you're just getting started in business development or already have sales experience — we will train you!

This role involves reaching out to local businesses, introducing the benefits of Chamber membership, and building lasting relationships. You’ll represent the Chamber at events, network with leaders, and help new members get plugged in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach (phone, email, in-person) to potential members

• Present Chamber benefits and close membership sales

• Attend mixers, ribbon cuttings, and networking events

• Maintain member records and call logs in CRM

• Support onboarding and member engagement

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking to business owners and professionals

• Self-motivated and goal-driven

• No sales experience required — we provide training!

Compensation:
$8–$9/hour + Commission Bonus for New Member Signups
