Part-time Recruiter

Part-Time Recruiter Location: Remote (U.S.) Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for assigned positions Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates Maintain accurate candidate records within ADP Recruiting Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs require Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, or SaaS organizations preferred Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP experience is a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience B2B SaaS recruiting ERP, software, customer success, implementation, professional services, or engineering recruiting Experience partnering directly with hiring managers What Success Looks Like Maintains an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple openings Delivers a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers Keeps recruiting activities organized and up to date within the ATS Communicates proactively throughout the hiring process Helps fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high quality bar
