About the Role Clutch's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM and G&A functions, along with ad hoc roles as they arise. This person will partner directly with hiring managers as a strategic advisor — not just executing on requirements, but shaping how searches run from kickoff through offer. On a lean, high-leverage TA team, this role requires someone who can move independently across a wide range of role types, bringing structure and momentum to every search they own. What You'll Do You'll run full-cycle recruiting for some of Clutch's most complex and highest-visibility searches, from Enterprise-level sales roles to G&A and ad hoc positions. You'll partner with hiring managers to define how you'll work together — candidate review cadence, decision-making, and mutual commitment to the process. You'll keep every search moving with intention, catching stalls early and recalibrating quickly when something isn't working. Within 1 Month, you will: Have partnered with hiring managers across at least one GTM and one G&A search, running kickoff and aligning on how you'll work together Understand Clutch's standardized intake and screening processes well enough to apply them independently across role types Be actively sourcing and building pipeline for your assigned open roles Within 3 Months, you will: Be running multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously across GTM and G&A with minimal oversight Have demonstrated the judgment to push back on a hiring manager's requirements when the data or market doesn't support them Have established a consistent cadence with your hiring manager partners that keeps searches from stalling Have made and owned candidate advancement decisions, recalibrating quickly on the rare miss Within 6 Months, you will: Be a trusted strategic partner to your hiring managers — sought out for judgment on candidate fit and search strategy, not just execution Have a track record of closing complex, senior-level searches (e.g., Enterprise AE-caliber roles) efficiently Be operating with full autonomy across a varied portfolio of roles, requiring little to no ramp-up on new role types What You’ll Bring 5+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting ownership on complex, senior-level searches (e.g., Enterprise AE or comparable GTM/G&A roles) Ability to challenge a hiring manager's requirements with data or market insight, not just take the brief at face value Experience partnering across multiple functions (GTM and G&A) rather than deep specialization in one Strong cadence and process discipline — proactively catches stalled searches rather than waiting to be told Comfort operating with minimal infrastructure or support on a lean team Clear, credible communication that sets expectations and holds hiring managers accountable to a shared process Sound, fast judgment on candidate evaluation, with the ability to recalibrate quickly when a call turns out wrong Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.
