We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join the team at Workstream. In this role, you will play a key role across both our SaaS and Robotics teams, driving the end-to-end recruitment of top technical, operational, and business talent across the U.S., the Philippines, and other international markets. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power both our core SaaS platform and our expanding robotics operations.

Schedule

• Shift Duration: Part-time (3 to 5 hours per day)
• Schedule: Starts between 4 AM and 6 AM PH Time
• Overlap: Designed to ensure clear daily communication and syncs with U.S.-based hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and candidates during core U.S. business hours.

Day in the Life

• Focused Pipeline Building: Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and specialized platforms for open Robotics and SaaS requisitions.
• Resume & Applicant Review: Efficiently review and analyze incoming applications using our ATS (Greenhouse) and the Workstream Hiring app.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct high-impact preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, soft skills, and culture alignment.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Maintain structured communication with U.S. hiring managers to provide pipeline updates, align on priorities, and streamline interview handoffs.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview handoff stage.
• Process Optimization: Monitor recruitment metrics for your open roles and share feedback to continually refine our sourcing strategies.

Who You Are

• Experience: At least 5 years of international recruitment experience, with a proven track record of handling diverse technical and operational roles.
• Schedule Alignment: Comfortable and reliable working a daily 3–5 hour shift starting between 4 AM and 6 AM PH time
• Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms to engage passive talent.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Thrives in an asynchronous/remote startup environment with minimal supervision and high accountability.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust with candidates and U.S. stakeholders.

• Experience recruiting in both high-growth SaaS environments and Robotics/Hardware companies.
