Are you an organized, detail-oriented operations professional who excels at managing wholesale and retail order lifecycles from purchase order to invoicing? We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Analyst to take full ownership of our wholesale and Amazon orders, ensuring 100% compliance with retailer routing guides and zero chargebacks. If you bring strong hands-on experience with SPS Commerce (EDI) and retailer portals, we want to meet you!

Requirements

• Hands-on experience processing retail purchase orders and invoices through SPS Commerce (EDI)
• Direct experience creating and managing Amazon shipments (FBA and/or Vendor Central)
• Proven experience scheduling LTL/parcel freight and strictly adhering to retailer routing guides
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for order tracking and inventory monitoring
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly, including 3PL systems and retailer portals
• Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail with zero tolerance for minor errors
• Excellent, responsive communication skills with proactive issue-escalation habits
• Background in retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred

What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process retail POs in SPS Commerce against pricing, item numbers, quantities, and ship windows, flagging any discrepancies immediately
• Release orders to the 3PL, confirming correct setup, routing, packing, and labeling (carton labels, packing slips, routing guides)
• Submit routing requests through retailer portals, schedule LTL/parcel pickups, send ASNs on time, and ensure on-time dispatch
• Create and manage Amazon FBA/Vendor Central shipments adhering strictly to prep and labeling requirements
• Submit invoices via SPS Commerce/portals, collect Bills of Lading/PODs, and actively track/dispute chargebacks and deductions
• Maintain an active order tracker, monitor 3PL inventory levels, and send weekly status reports covering open orders, shipments, and billing

Success looks like

• Zero retailer compliance chargebacks, fines, or shipping label deductions due to order processing errors
• 100% on-time ASN submission and shipment dispatch within designated ship windows
• Full alignment across 3PL inventory and active order tracking status reports

Tech Checklist - Gotta Have It!
