CX25WW Future Leaders Programme

CX25WW is inviting applications from passionate educators and subject matter experts who are committed to shaping young minds. We are looking for teachers who can make learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful for children aged 8–11 years.

This is a contractual teaching opportunity and will not interfere with your current employment or professional commitments.

Programme Structure

The programme consists of 63 classes annually:

• 33 Online Classes conducted on weekends throughout the year.
  
• 30 Offline Classes conducted during the CX25WW Summer Residential Cohort.
  

Summer Residential Cohort

Selected teachers will be required to participate in the offline summer cohort and conduct classroom sessions for students.

The programme follows the Indian academic curriculum. Applications are welcome from both India-based and overseas educators. We believe that strong conceptual understanding and the ability to effectively teach young learners are more important than geographical location.

• Comfortable teaching both online and offline
  
• Commitment to student learning outcomes
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior teaching experience with primary school students
  
• B.Ed., D.El.Ed., Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
  
• Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
  
• Ability to teach in English, Hindi, and regional languages

Our selection process is designed to assess both subject knowledge and teaching ability.

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit your application along with your teaching profile and relevant experience.

Step 2: Attend an Online or Offline Meeting

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an introductory e-Meeting or an in-person discussion with the CX25WW Academic Team.

Step 3: Topic Preparation

Applicants will be assigned a topic relevant to the subject they wish to teach.

Step 4: Teaching Demonstration

Deliver a live teaching presentation as if teaching Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5 students.

Presentation Schedule

To accommodate working professionals and educators, teaching demonstrations will be conducted during the following hours:

Weekdays

• After 7:00 PM (IST)
  

Sundays

• Between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (IST)
  

A live scheduling calendar will be shared with shortlisted applicants, allowing them to select a convenient date and time slot for their presentation.

• This is a contractual engagement and does not create an employer-employee relationship.
  
• Teachers may continue with their current employment while participating in this programme.
  
• Academic content, teaching resources, and programme guidance will be provided by CX25WW.
  
• Selection will be based primarily on teaching effectiveness, student engagement capability, and conceptual clarity rather than academic qualifications alone.
