About the Role

If you love finding the right venue, negotiating smart deals, and keeping every detail on track, this Sourcing Manager role might be your thing. This role supports Life Sciences meetings, including programs with healthcare professionals, in a highly regulated, compliance-focused environment where accuracy and strong judgment matter. You’ll help source and contract meeting space, manage budgets, and guide clients through a fast-paced process with confidence and care. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys blending strategy, relationship-building, and detail-driven execution.

You’re Good At

• Sourcing and contracting venues for meetings while balancing client needs, budget goals, and healthcare professional spending guidelines
• Negotiating supplier contracts that deliver savings, reduce risk, and support success in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Building strong relationships with clients, planners, and suppliers while providing clear, professional communication throughout the process
• Managing meeting data, budgets, and documentation with accuracy in a detail-oriented, compliance-conscious setting
• Staying organized across multiple projects, solving problems quickly, and keeping timelines moving without missing the details
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Experience supporting Life Sciences or healthcare professional meetings in a highly regulated environment
• International sourcing and contracting experience with strong destination and travel industry knowledge
• A background in meeting planning, purchasing, or third-party event services
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google platforms, and meeting technology such as Cvent
• A college degree, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and hands-on experience

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Part-time Temporary Sourcing Manager is $45/ hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
