As one of Info-Tech's fastest-growing divisions, the International Sales Team is focused on opening and growing new markets across Europe and Asia Pacific. To accelerate Infotech’s go-to-market within Europe and Asia Pacific, establishing and building both Infotech’s presence and brand in the Partner (Channel) ecosystem is critical.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, International Sales, and working closely with Infotech’s Partner Division, as the Partner Account Executive for International Sales you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the sales partner growth strategy within specific regions in your designated territory across Europe and Asia Pacific. You’ll identify and onboard new partners, strengthen existing relationships, and grow partner referral opportunities that drive revenue for Infotech's IT Sales organisation. This role combines strategic partner development, relationship management, partner enablement, and revenue generation to expand Infotech's presence within key growth markets.

- Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement of new partners, ensuring they fully understand Infotech's value proposition, solutions, and go-to-market approach.
- Own and develop long-term partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, referral generation, and mutual business growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified referral opportunities within your assigned regions and work closely with the IT Sales organisation to drive conversion and revenue.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business reviews to senior executives, consultants, and business owners within partner organisations.
- Track and report on partner performance, engagement, referral activity, and revenue contribution.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage partner activity, sales workflows, contact records, referral opportunities, and pipeline progression.
- Apply the global Partner playbook and enablement materials, adapting presentations and resources to local markets, languages, buying behaviours, and specific audiences.
- Deliver against established goals, partner engagement metrics, and revenue targets.
Education and Experience
- 7+ years of front-line sales, partner management, business development, channel sales, or alliance management experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience developing and managing strategic business relationships within a consultative B2B environment.
- Experience working with partner programmes, channel sales models, MSPs, consulting organisations, or indirect sales channels is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience conducting meetings, presentations, and business discussions both virtually and in person.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- A continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for giving and receiving feedback.
