Partner Acquisition Manager

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - Partnerships to join our Channel Partnerships team and drive new partner pipeline in EMEA - spanning both the Usercentrics and Cookiebot™ brands. This is a great opportunity for someone with some sales experience already under their belt who is hungry to build a career in SaaS and martech, and wants hands-on exposure in partnerships and outbound sales.
You'll work closely with our Partner Marketing team, who generate lead lists through ABM and performance marketing campaigns, and with our Partner Managers, who close and grow partner relationships. Your job sits in between: taking the leads marketing generates, researching and enriching the right contacts, running 1-to-few and 1-to-1 outreach, and booking qualified calls. You'll learn the partner proposition, get experience with sales tooling, and have a measurable impact on partner pipeline.
- Follow up on lead lists generated by marketing's ABM and performance marketing campaigns through timely, well-written outreach
- Research and enrich contact and account data to identify the right decision-makers within prospective partner organizations
- Design and run industry- and market-specific outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone - adapting messaging for the partner segment (e.g. performance marketing agencies, web development agencies) to maximise engagement and meetings booked
- Qualify partner leads for fit and genuine interest
- Set up and book qualified calls for Partner Managers to join and take forward
- Learn and clearly articulate the Usercentrics and Cookiebot partner value proposition in every conversation
- Report on performance against weekly KPIs and where there might be gaps or improvements required
- Share feedback on lead quality, helping sharpen targeting and messaging for future campaigns
- Keep all outreach activity, contact data, and pipeline status accurate and current in Salesforce and our sequencing tools (Outreach.io, Clay)
KPIs
- Primary: Qualified meetings booked and Number of Active Partnerships Created.
- Secondary: Activity on no. partners contacted weekly and no. campaigns launched.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree
- Plus a minimum of 1 year of sales or related experience with outbound sales, and a good understanding of industry-specifics — SaaS experience is a plus but not required
- Hungry to learn — curious about how SaaS, martech, and privacy technology work, and motivated to build a career in the space
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and resilient in the face of rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to hold a credible conversation quickly
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and enthusiasm to pick up sequencing/enrichment tools (Outreach.io, Clay)
- Organized and process-driven — able to manage volume without letting things slip
- Collaborative mindset — comfortable working closely with both Marketing and Partner Managers, and taking feedback from both
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages such as German, Polish, Spanish, or Italian is an advantage
- Passion for privacy and shaping the marketing industry with privacy-first growth strategies and principles
- Joining Usercentrics means becoming part of a fast-growing, diverse and international team of tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurially-minded who build our success story together.
- Company culture is important to us. We strive to continuously develop a positive, vibrant and inspiring environment that enables everyone to thrive both personally and professionally.
- Get involved. We have plenty of initiatives and love to see people from all departments enthusiastically participating and shaping our future together in different cross-department projects.
- Your work-life balance is important to us too. We offer flexible working hours, hybrid working, and the possibility of workcations (in accordance with our company policy).
- We always remember to have fun along the way, both in our day-to-day work and at our regular team events on site in our offices in Munich, Copenhagen, Odense, Lisbon and Prague, Buenos Aires and New York.
Some of our benefits
- Development budget for every employee: €800 per year
- Job-related language courses (English, German, Czech, Spanish, etc.): €350 per year
- Hybrid working policy with the option to take a workcation (up to 60 days per year)
- Events: team buildings, happy hours, parties/get-togethers, and occasional company-covered breakfasts or lunches (personally in-office, across offices, online)
- Gifts: we celebrate life and work milestones at UC (work anniversaries, new baby arrivals, and similar occasions)
- Snacks, fruit, coffee, and drinks in the office
