(100% REMOTE) BASE SALARY STARTS @ $350 + billable +other benefits CA licensed ONLY Reports To: Managing Partner Position Overview Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background Must have knowledge of PAGA/class action Experience with public entity defense a plus Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees Member, State Bar of California in good standing Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability Excellent written and oral communication Commitment to proactive case management Qualifications 8+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation in California Significant experience defending PAGA claims (please detail in your application) Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Proven track record in civil litigation, including successful motion practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships Highly organized and able to manage a remote workload with autonomy and accountability
