Posted Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 5:00 AM Environmental Accounting/Sustainability Partner Enablement Consultant The goals of the Partner Enablement Consultant are to develop and delivery product configuration training to partners, provide ongoing support to partners throughout their project deliveries to ensure their success, assist the partner in managing enhancement requirements and escalations, and ensure that partner led implementations are done utilizing best practices. The Enablement Consultant will be responsible for owning the content and delivery of configuration training as well as communication of best practices to our partner network. The Partner Enablement Consultant will work with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams to capture and document the training requirements. The focus will be on enabling partners with respect to Sphera’s market leading Environmental Accounting and Sustainability Reporting modules. Accountabilities: Provide technical & business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling a comprehensive solution to be delivered to the market Provide product analysis, design functionality & feature support to partners where relevant Periodically, with the stakeholders review documentation and tools to keep them up to date with product evolution Responsibilities : Facilitate/support business process discussions to design and capture the requirements for the configuration of the core product. Determine the scope of the implementation solution, the modules to be leveraged, and the best practices required to successfully complete. Contribute to the best practice standard build(s) that can then be used by Professional Services when working with Sales on Service offerings. Produce and manage any partner-facing documentation. Identify areas for process improvement within the Professional Services organization and make recommendations to Management. Input into and production of prospect proposals. Input into risk mitigation plans. Job Skills & Qualifications: 5+ yrs of experience delivering commercial projects via service organizations. Ideal candidates would have a strong background in software configuration and Software-as-a-Service systems Bachelors or greater degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent Experience with environmental emissions calculations (e.g., green house gas, criteria pollutants, water discharge, waste reporting, etc.) and/or sustainability framework reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.) is desired. 5+ years working directly with business/customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements Experience of working with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Devops etc) Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20 % possible) Demonstrates the ability to adequately prepare and maintain the following documents/tools: o Business Process o Process Flow Analysis o Requirements Capture and Definition o Detailed Functional Design o Executive Summaries Pay: Pay will be commensurate with candidate experience Range: $65,000 - $104,000 Bonus Eligible Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Flexible Savings Account 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match Life and Disability Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Flexible Working Schedule #LI-Remote #LI-BC1 #spheraservices
