Sunstice is a global provider of Supply Chain Planning and Revenue Growth Management software, helping more than 650 industrial and distribution companies make better decisions across demand, supply, production, pricing and promotions.
As Partner Enablement Lead, you will build and lead Sunstice's Partner Success & Enablement function within Professional Services. You will design the system that enables partners to deliver independently while protecting the quality of what they deliver to our customers.
You will report directly to the VP Professional Services and progressively build an international team of 5–7 people across Partner Success and Learning.
What You Will Do
Build the partner program: Define engagement modes, partner levels, certification requirements and the conditions for access to increasingly complex projects.
Own delivery quality: Set quality standards, first-project support rules, customer satisfaction measures, quality gates, re-certification requirements and escalation paths.
Make enablement scalable: Package the enablement offer according to partner maturity, measure the cost of autonomy and build the transition from free to paid certification.
Build and lead the team: Recruit Partner Success Managers, a Learning Architect and Learning Consultants, and establish the operating standards for future regional teams.
Protect autonomy without taking delivery back: You are not the project manager or quality controller on individual projects; you build the system that makes quality measurable, enforceable and scalable.
About You
We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience and significant experience building or leading partner programs within a B2B software company. You are comfortable making evidence-based decisions that may conflict with short-term commercial interests.
Fluency in French and English is required.
Regular travel across Europe and Asia-Pacific is part of the role.
Experience & Education
Built or significantly transformed a partner program, rather than simply operating within an existing one.
Built a new function, operating model or team from the ground up, including defining roles and recruiting people.
Nice to Have
Experience in Supply Chain Planning is valuable but not required. We prioritise deep partner-program expertise; the Sunstice platform and delivery methodology can be learned.
Why Join Sunstice?
Build, don't inherit: Create the program, operating model, standards and team.
Lead a strategic shift: Enable Sunstice to have approximately half of its delivery activity carried by partners over the next two to three years, without compromising quality.
Own a genuine business problem: Determine whether the ecosystem can deliver at the level customers expect and build the system that ensures it can.
Operate with senior sponsorship: Report to the VP Professional Services and provide visibility to the Executive Committee on standards, economics and performance.
If you have built partner ecosystems before — and want to build one where enablement directly determines delivery autonomy and quality — we'd love to meet you.
Sunstice is committed to an inclusive workplace: all our positions are open to people with disabilities, and all members of our Executive Committee, managers, and colleagues have been trained in disability inclusion and accessibility.
