Partner Marketing Manager What you can expect You will own and execute Zoom's partner marketing strategy for Japan, driving partner-sourced pipeline and accelerating partner engagement. You'll independently lead integrated marketing programs from planning through execution, working with strategic partners to bring Zoom's AI-first platform to customers. Your work will generate measurable pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and deliver sustainable business growth across Japan. About the Team We deliver integrated partner marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships. Our team collaborates across Sales, Partner, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to execute localized programs. We value ownership, continuous learning, and innovation while bringing global best practices to the Japan market. What we’re looking for Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including partner or channel marketing within SaaS or enterprise technology Execute integrated marketing campaigns independently from planning through post-campaign analysis and optimization Be able to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing metrics using data and customer insights Be able to lead complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives from strategy through execution across internal and external teams Be able to build trusted relationships with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators to identify growth opportunities Communicate in written and verbal Japanese and business-level English with confidence across stakeholders Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
