Why Join Exadel

We’re an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.

From AI platforms to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to build what’s next.

What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Alliance Managers and team to identify marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities
  • Coordinate joint webinars, events, executive roundtables, customer stories, product launches, and digital campaigns
  • Create and manage partner marketing assets including landing pages, campaign toolkits, sales enablement materials, blogs, case studies, and solution briefs
  • Own marketplace presence: listings, buyer-facing copy, campaign content and the commercial narrative, working with sales and account management on co-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with demand generation, content, design, digital, and social teams to amplify partner campaigns across multiple channels
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including partner-sourced leads, influenced pipeline, engagement, and ROI
  • Manage partner marketing calendars, campaign timelines, approvals, and execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the company's visibility within partner ecosystems through awards, speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and joint announcements
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner-facing marketing initiatives
  • Build scalable partner marketing processes, templates, and playbooks that can be replicated across multiple strategic alliances

What You Bring

  • Extensive professional experience in B2B technology marketing, with experience in partner, alliance, channel, or ecosystem marketing highly preferred
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology partners, cloud providers, ISVs, or strategic alliances
  • Hands-on experience producing customer case studies/customer stories end to end, including working with delivery or engineering teams to obtain story details and with account teams to secure the client's permission to publish
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, content, webinars, events, ABM, and partner channels
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI and data, cloud platforms, software engineering, or data solutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with partnerships, sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating externally with partner marketing teams
  • Experience creating partner-facing assets including campaign toolkits, solution briefs, customer stories, webinars, and sales enablement materials
  • Familiarity with partner program mechanics: knowledge of tier requirements, portal submissions, joint value propositions, co-sell registration, and partner marketing funds (MDF)
