It helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently and with a strong customer experience across Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Technical, Operational and Billing teams, acting as the central point of coordination for assigned onboarding activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Network, Billing, Service Delivery and Support.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and standardisation.
  • Translate technical and operational issues into clear business impacts and recommendations.
  • Develop onboarding dashboards & reporting metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience and scalability.

You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

  • Strong experience managing customer-facing onboarding, implementation or service delivery workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and deliver cross-functional projects in a structured way.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project artefacts such as project plans, Gantt charts, dependency maps, RAID logs and status dashboards.
  • Experience documenting and improving operational processes and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes.
  • Experience within telecommunications, wholesale, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, mobile or cloud communications environments.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, Power BI, Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.

What do we offer you?
