Show job description

Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW Group, Hyundai, Volvo, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. If you’re interested joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a data and AI-first journey to speed up the global transition to clean, affordable energy, read on!

We're looking for a proactive Partner Operations Executive to join our Mobility Support team, providing support to our partners and automotive network across the UK and Ireland. This includes proactive outreach to help activate new dealership partners, supporting dealerships as they recommend their customers to Ohme, and speaking directly with customers by phone to help them progress through their charging journey. In this role, you'll be interfacing with leading electric vehicle brands and supporting them with the best charging technology on the market (in our opinion, of course).

Responsibilities

  • Accuracy and speed in spotting and correcting missing or incorrect referral data.

Account Management

  • Support the receiving and filing of commission payments and invoices to and from automotive partners, tracking and chasing payments where needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls, supporting customers referred by our dealership partners as they progress through their EV charger installation journey.
  • Actively listen to dealership and customer feedback, feeding it back to the business so we can close the loop and deliver a positive experience.
  • Be proactive in recognising issues or areas for improvement, helping to maintain a high customer satisfaction score.

Who You Are

Live our values: Customer Obsessed, Collaboration, Progressive, Brave, Do Good. Be a team player with creative opinions, focused on driving solutions. Always look forward and learn from mistakes.

  • Outgoing and Personable: Enjoy speaking to people and starting conversations. Be authentic and genuine, listening closely and showing empathy towards the customer.
  • Customer-Focused: Always act in the customer's best interest, solving problems and staying open to new ideas and feedback from colleagues.
  • Organised: Familiar with CRM systems and practices, with good attention to detail.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, partner support or sales role is advantageous.
  • Proficient Excel skills, with confidence working with data and spreadsheets accurately.
