Partner Operations Specialis

Role Description The Partner Operations Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting and optimizing relationships with partners. This role includes coordinating day-to-day partner communications, tracking partner performance, and ensuring smooth execution of joint initiatives. The specialist will manage operational processes, maintain accurate records and reports, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration. Responsibilities also include supporting sales-related activities with partners, aligning internal teams on partner requirements, and assisting in the planning and monitoring of partner-focused projects. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear documentation, and consistent follow-up to ensure partners receive timely and accurate support.
