Our client is a leading global technology company that provides managed WordPress hosting and digital experience solutions, helping businesses, agencies, and developers build and manage high-performing websites.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Partner Operations Contractor will support an established global Partner Operations team. This role focuses on partner lifecycle management, data accuracy, commission administration, and cross-regional coordination across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
This is a hands-on operational role within an existing programme rather than a programme ownership or strategy position.
- Support partner onboarding and lifecycle processes across multiple regions.
- Maintain accurate partner data within CRM and partner management platforms.
- Handle partner queries and escalations, coordinating with the wider team as required.
- Support commission payment processing and reconciliation activities.
- Work with regional teams to ensure consistent execution of partner operations processes.
- Identify and raise process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with partner programme administration, including incentives, tiering, and compliance.
- 2-5+ years' experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong experience with CRM and partner management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Everflow, or similar.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and confident executing established processes.
